Breathwork Facilitation
Upon thirty years in his body, following a decade of habitual drug use, Kyle turned to yoga as a lifeline during a period of deep personal transformation. The practice created immediate space in his mental and emotional body, serving as a sacred anchor to reconnect with his strength, resilience, and purpose as a father, son, and friend. Grounded in humility, presence, and unconditional love, Kyle creates a container to hold compassionate space for other souls to heal, grow, and transform. He excels at integrating yoga principles into modern daily life, inviting students to dissolve limiting beliefs and experience yoga as a system for longevity. His teaching emphasizes targeted breath practices to regulate the nervous system and access internal power, including Tummo Breath, Holotropic Breathwork, Alternate Nostril Breathing, and Bhramari Pranayama, his personal favorite for soothing the mind and dissolving stress.

Certified Yoga Instructor
Trauma-Informed & Recovery-Focused Yoga
I am a yogi, a mother, a woman in recovery, a lifelong seeker, and a traveler. My journey with yoga began at 20, but it was in my first Savasana that I truly felt its power—the profound stillness, the quieting of my restless mind, a sense of coming home to myself. In 2014, I deepened my practice through teacher training with Coral Brown at Laughing Elephant Yoga, a transformative experience that solidified my passion for this path. I am fascinated by the way breath and movement unlock the stories held within our bodies, allowing us to release, heal, and grow—one breath, one movement, one day at a time.

Holistic Wellness Practitioner
Breathwork, Somatic Healing & Reflexology
I am a holistic wellness practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the healing arts. I hold BA degrees in Psychology and Holistic Health and am a Certified Hand and Feet Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Certified Transformational Breath Coach, and Certified 9D Breath Coach. I am also the author of the children's book Squirrels Don't Go to School. My approach to Breathwork also incorporates elements of somatic healing and intentional movement. Sessions may begin with gentle body movement to help participants connect with their bodies and prepare for the breathwork experience. At the close of the session, as we come back together as a group, I incorporate additional physical movement to support integration and help the body release and process what may have surfaced during the experience. Throughout my career, I have explored and practiced a variety of healing modalities, but Breathwork has had the most profound impact on me both personally and professionally. My own transformative experience with the power of conscious breathing inspired me to make Breathwork a central focus of my work. Today, I am passionate about creating supportive Breathwork experiences that help individuals reduce stress, reconnect with Governments and support their overall well-being. I believe the combination of conscious breathing, somatic awareness, and movement can be a powerful and accessible way to support meaningful change in both the body and mind.
